Here are some facts about the program:
Our graduate program provides valuable exposure to four functional areas of our business, including an international assignment and access to exclusive networking and learning opportunities within 12-18 months. Beginning every October, it is the perfect starting point for your career and offers room for your personal and professional growth.
At thyssenkrupp nucera we use the collective agreement Metal & Electro NRW. The salary is for all graduates the same (EG 10).
You will start as permanent employee with thyssenkrupp nucera. This means after the program, you start an unlimited position in the defined target functional area. With an alumni community, we ensure that you can continue to network with peers after the program.
At the beginning and end of each station, you will have an expectation meeting with the person responsible for the station. Within each station, you will have a „station buddy“ who will help you with questions and give you regular feedback. You will also have regular opportunities to interact with other graduates. From the fourth station on, you will also be assigned a mentor who will guide you from being a graduate to the position in your target functional area.
We are an international company. Therefore, English is a must but German is also nice to have.
Whether hybrid working models or part-time: whenever possible, we give you the flexibility to work how, where and when it is best for you. With a 35-hour work week as part of the graduate program, you can also balance your work day with your free time.

We strive to create an inclusive work environment where employees can develop to achieve their full potential and a culture that welcomes differences and creates a sense of belonging. This is why we welcome applications from people with all kinds of backgrounds – regardless of their origin, gender, social background, sexual orientation and identity, religion or other beliefs, disability and age. Bring everything you are and let your application shine by including your goals, volunteer experience, relevant courses and projects to enhance your skills, and even if you are passionate about tinkering with cars or creative projects. Hobbies and passions help you stand out, but make sure you are ready to explain how they relate to work. Not every hobby should be listed.
